CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Custom Order &
Design Approval Policy
We want every custom order to be clear before production begins. This policy explains how final proof approval, changes, custom-made items and production errors are handled.

01
Final approval before production
Before production begins, the customer is responsible for reviewing the final proof and/or written order specifications provided by Imaginable Things. This includes, as applicable, names, spelling, dates, sizes, quantities, colors, artwork, placement, product selection and other custom details.
Once the customer gives final approval and production begins, personalized and custom-made items are considered final with respect to the details the customer approved. Changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds generally cannot be accepted for customer-approved details.
02
Customer-approved errors
The customer should carefully review the proof before approving it. If a name, spelling, date, size, quantity, color, placement, design element or other specification appears in the approved proof or approved written specifications, Imaginable Things may rely on that approval when producing the order.
03
If we make an error
If an item materially differs from the final proof or specifications approved by the customer because of an error by Imaginable Things, please contact us promptly. We will review the order, the approved proof and the finished item and determine an appropriate correction, replacement or other resolution.
This policy is not intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
04
Changes after approval
Requested changes after final approval may not be possible once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started. If a change is possible, additional charges and/or additional production time may apply. We will communicate those changes before proceeding.
05
Color, material and placement variations
Screens, printers, thread, fabric, sublimation surfaces, DTF materials and other production methods can produce reasonable differences in color, texture or appearance. Product construction can also cause small placement differences. These normal production variations are not considered defects when the finished item is reasonably consistent with the approved design and order specifications.
06
Customer-provided artwork, logos and content
By submitting a logo, image, trademark, phrase, photograph or other content, the customer represents that they own it or have permission to use it for the requested order. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for material they provide to Imaginable Things.
07
Deposits, cancellations and production timing
Any deposit requirement, cancellation term or special production condition will be communicated before payment or production. Production dates are estimates unless Imaginable Things expressly agrees in writing to a specific guaranteed date.
08
Electronic approvals
Imaginable Things may request approval electronically. An approval record may include the customer name, date and time, job number, proof version and the design or specifications presented for approval. Customers should not approve a proof until they are satisfied that the information is correct.
09
Questions before approving
If anything is unclear, please ask before giving final approval. We would rather correct a detail before production than discover it after a custom item has been completed.
